Amy Schultz Clubbs
Chief Operating Officer

Amy Schultz Clubbs is the Chief Operating Officer for Molina Healthcare of Ohio. She is responsible for the operational oversight of the company, including marketing, community outreach, member services, provider services, and contracting. She has over 21 years of financial experience and over 13 years of health care and insurance experience. Prior to her current position, she was the Chief Financial Officer of Molina Healthcare of Ohio. She has also served as the Director of Payment Management and the Director of Finance for CheckFree Corporation, the Director of Financial Analysis and Audit for the Midland Life Insurance Company, and the Operations Controller for VOCA of America. 

In addition to her work experience, Ms. Clubbs serves on the Board of Directors for Molina Healthcare of California. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees for The Neighborhood House, a 100-year-old nonprofit organization that helps children, families, and adults become self-sufficient.  Ms. Clubbs received her Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration, majoring in finance, from Ohio University.
