Carolyn Farrow-Garland CDF-OH Advisory Board

Mrs. Garland works for the Kettering Foundation on projects involving the public, public citizens, public schools, and higher education. She has a Bachelor's degree from Central State University and a MEd from Antioch College/Washington Center. Mrs. Garland writes extensively for the Kettering Foundation and has been a contributor to several published research studies.
