CDF–Ohio Advisory Board

Judge Blackmon sits as a three-term incumbent on the Court of Appeals. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree from Mississippi's Tougaloo College. She received her Juris Doctorate from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University. Prior to become a Judge, Ms. Blackmon served as the Chief Prosecutor for the City of Cleveland. Judge Blackmon is the recipient of many honors, both personal and professional, including being inducted into Ohio Women's Hall of Fame in 1996.
