Ohio's Head Start Program

CDF-Ohio has created a series of maps which highlight the various locations of Head Start centers throughout Ohio.  In addition to the general map of all Ohio centers, the maps are broken down by the type of funding the center receives (state, federal or mixed) as well as by the state legislative district within which the center resides.

These maps will provide Ohio parents with a resource when trying to locate Head Start centers in their county while also giving Ohio policymakers a reference tool when making key decisions regarding the funding of early care and education centers.

Each map shows the same centers, but the differing geographical representations give a unique perspective on how the centers are distributed throughout the state.  In addition, the centers are linked to tables which give detailed information on each location including the type of program the center provides as well as whether the center is school-based.

All links to the maps will open in a new window, simply close the new window to return to the CDF-Ohio site.
